Bharat forge
At Bharat forge, we were using different types of UV lamps for magnetic particle inspection. As a forging company almost all parts are getting inspected under UV light for defects. Earlier the lamps used to be costly, high spare cost, frequent maintenance and delicate to use in forge shops. We were required a UV Lamp which should be light in weight, high intensity, sturdy and of course at cheaper price. Arora Technologies has come out with an excellent solution with a robust machine which is useful for inspection of the wire ropes from end to end. As a user of this machine , I express my satisfaction on the machine . Hence I can say , ARORA has made an evolution in testing of wire rope industry here (though there were few machines available earlier ) & made maintenance engineers work ease for inspection of wire ropes in material handling equipment .
