Inside Sales Engineer
Inside Sales Engineer is one who is responsible for maintaining systematic records of business data to ensure smooth functioning and act as backbone of Sales Team
Enquiry Management
- Maintain Enquiry sheet and SAP entry of all Enquiry received on the same day.
- Making weekly and monthly reports/presentations of enquiries and their status.
Tendering
- Online Tenders to be made ready & uploaded (in consultation with sales engineers).
- Keep track of portal renewal dates and intimate BL/TL minimum 10 days in advance and take necessary actions.
- Bi-weekly check on proper functioning of e-tender website.
- Prepare and send Regret Letters whenever required.
- Tender Clarification
Sales Data Management
- Making quotations on a timely basis and sending it to sales engineers.
- Prepare daily reports and send them to TL/BL.
- Taking approvals on required documents as and when necessary (even SEs are on tour or leave)
- Preparing of Order File, Order processing files and Repeat order files. Creation of Sales Order in SAP.
- Updating constant contact on a timely basis.
- Assist TL in making WRM/MRM/QRM presentations.
Vendor Registration & Management
- Vendor & Portal registrations as & when required.
- Maintain login details and digital signature of E-Tendering
Payment Collection
- Collection to be done on regular basis.
Sr. Design & Estimation Engineer
Design & Estimation Engineer is one who is responsible for mechanical drawings and designs of products and project estimation and component selection while meeting project deadlines
Designing
- Designing of products in Solid works and AutoCAD
- Completing the conceptual designs and drawings as per customer requirements
- Timely submission of designs and reworks for corrections
Market Research
- Conducting market research to stay updated with industry trends.
- Performing market research to understand market requirements for related project.
- Making / preparing of Conceptual drawing related to project.
Project planning & Execution
- Planning of project as per client’s requirement
- Responsible for Estimation, lead time calculation & submission of same.
- BOM preparation related to projects.
- Selection of specific components, parts, equipment’s, etc
Vendor Co-Ordination
- Follow up and Co-ordination for technical aspects of Raw Materials
Quality testing:
- Quality testing of raw materials
- Quality testing for mechanical aspects before dispatch
Documentation and Certification:
- Prepare/Check all dispatch documentation.
