Customized LED UV Flood Lamp
We manufactures a complete customized solution for UVA LED flood lamps wherein each lamp features a panel of LEDs specially engineered for non-destructive testing applications. These versatile light sources can be installed overhead or in-line. It can be connected with different size flood lamps to provide an even wider coverage area for complete inspection. The lamps can also be customized with the number of LED inputs to produce nominal steady-state UV-A intensity at entire area of inspection. This feature will be ideal for NDT inspection booths, fluorescent magnetic particle inspection, screening of fluorescent particles, wash station inspection and many other applications that require maximum uniformity of UV-A coverage over a large area.

It is light weight, rugged and cost effective which makes it a perfect combination to be used for Fluorescent Inspection.
The most unique feature of AUB-150 LED UV Bulb is that it comes with standard E27 holder where the operator just needs to unplug the conventional mercury vapor bulb and plug in the AUB-150 LED UV Bulb and he/she is ready for inspection.
