Repair & Calibration
We offer repair and calibration services for most of the products manufactured and distributed by us. While undertaking repairs our objective is to minimize ownership cost and that is the reason most of the times, we prefer component level repairs rather than replacing the boards.
Our in-house repair and calibration lab is equipped with all latest tools and tackles. On request, we also provide repair and calibration services at customer’s location. Calibration is done in accordance with either manufacturer’s specifications or as per standards like ASTM/EN/ISO etc.
Annual Maintenance Contract
While the equipment is under warranty our professional services are available free of cost (subjected to our standard terms & conditions). Once the warranty is over, apart from providing post warranty services we also offer annual maintenance contract for most of the products manufactured and distributed by us.
During the contract, our trained engineer’s will check the equipment thoroughly for predictive and preventive maintenance to ensure that there are minimal break downs and the equipment is available for usage whenever required.
